The academic and practical components of social work education are of equal importance. Hence, an integral element of the student mobility is the involvement in fieldwork, in order to experience the functioning of social welfare agencies and social welfare provisions, as well as actual socio-economic challenges and situations in the region. In this respect, students will be familiarised with the specific vulnerable groups and approaches of social work in different national contexts.
